 "Tempo" is the new CD by Rodrigo Costa Félix, one of the most recognized names in the portuguese fado scene. After Fados de Amor, an album widely praised by critics, Amália Rodrigues Award for best CD and nominated by Songlines magazine for best album of the year at World Music, Rodrigo returned to studio to offer us a contemporary album, without losing the essence of tradition and the soul of Lisbon's song.

 
In "Tempo" Rodrigo definitely takes on his lyricist side by signing 6 of the 12 original themes. The remaining are by contemporary poets such as Tiago Torres da Silva, Vasco Gato or José Fialho Gouveia. Fundamentally based on traditional Fados, it also brings new melodies by Pedro Jóia, Tiago Machado, Luiz Caracol or Rogério Charraz.
British Songlines magazine has recently awarded "Tempo" with the Top of the World seal, acknowledging it as one of the best world music CDs of the year!
 
"Tempo" now arrives on the national stage, in an intimate, intense and emotional concert, characteristics that for 25 years have defined Rodrigo Costa Félix's live career.
